Terms of Service

Fees per session:

1. A heart 4 Art sessions are booked on a monthly basis

2. An art/craft activity approximately 1½ hours in length for a group of up to 5 people

3. Fee includes setting up and clearing up at the end of the session

4. Fees are invoiced at the end of each calendar month and payment is due within 2 weeks

   
   

Responsibilities of A Heart 4 Art:

• To provide evidence of my qualifications before commencing a session within a new organisation
• To liaise with the activity coordinator or nominated other regarding any operational issues or safeguarding concerns which may be applicable when working with vulnerable people e.g. Physical difficulties or allergies
• To provide group sessions within organisations within agreed days/hours excluding Sundays and holiday periods
• To maintain client confidentiality within professional framework of ethics
• To provide support to staff whose role is to support vulnerable people
• To be sensitive to the environment

• To give 48 hours notice in the unlikely event that the session needs to be cancelled

  
  

Responsibilities of organisation:

• To provide an appropriate space with table and chairs on the agreed day/time of session
• To identify and provide appropriate information about vulnerable people who may wish to attend the session
• To support in gathering individuals who wish to take part in a session, to be ready for a prompt start
• To communicate any information that may be of benefit about the people taking part
• To inform of any changes that might affect the sessions that is appropriate to share
• To give 48 hours notice if an agreed session needs to be cancelled
• From time to time A Heart 4 Art may take photos for promotional use on the website and social networks. This is purely optional and we will discuss directly with you when these opportunities arise.
